Domestic Federalism will need to be, re-thought. National governments, worldwide, will all become fantastically rich (supplying electricity) and how and what are done with the revenues, including the price of supplied electricity, will have to be legislated. Healthcare The United States should embrace and adopt, the Japanese methodology of providing
healthcare. The Japanese people have the most used healthcare infrastructure. It is based on providing all citizens access
to healthcare. The nation of Japan recognizes that medical care is essential and fungible and sets prices for ALL procedures nationwide. If the conversion to the Japanese system proves to traumatic for the American medical establishment, the United States has a neighboring nation in the Caribbean, teeming with doctors that would not find the approach, earth-shattering. It is no longer 1964 and the United States embargo on Cuba is counterproductive. Cuba never presented a credible threat to US national interests. If it once did, it surely - does not now. Terrorism Abatement The developed world, should undertake the expense of ensuring that all areas, Earth-wide - are adequately provisioned so that: water, sewage, electrical, education, food, clothing, culturally appropriate housing and healthcare are everywhere available, adequate and affordable. A highway, from Cairo, Egypt to Capetown, Union of South Africa would enable Africa to realize her potentials. Even Mother Nature, would smile. The West may finance but the road should be built, for Africans by Africans (fAbA). Nuclear Issues All nuclear pursuits, including
weapons - have to be given over to the United Nations. An understanding that nuclear weapons may NEVER be used,
against any population, must be enacted. The Japanese nation is, even now, dying as a result of nuclear weapons use (WWII).
Americans should say, NEVER again. FINALLY
The incorporation of lithium battery technology will enable the new electric-drive cars, with carbon fiber bodies, the same functionality as traditional dirty-carbon (gasoline or diesel) cars. With Earth awash in energy, "Star Trek" seems, within reach. Maybe just, a few light-years away  . Meanwhile, it's way past time, that Earth - as a global village, is made real. At least, the initial steps.Taxation of pollution as an Earth-wide standard, in addition to production, would reflect that Humanity (Race Human) has learned a fundamental lesson. To ensure no safe haven for pollution, such taxation should be imposed Earth-wide with revenues to the United Nations. That would ensure, no nation-state would profit by allowing, a safe haven for polluters.
